After negotiations, the management of the Panhellenic Urban Transport Federation reached an agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport on a 9 per cent increase in ticket prices.
While the transport sector states that this increase is inevitable due to the increasing operating costs, it draws attention to the fact that the last increase in bus ticket fares was in 2010.
