Five schools in the Efkarpia area of the Pavlos Melas municipality in Thessaloniki will remain closed on Friday for precautionary reasons, as a special team is proceeding with disinfection of the areas where cases of streptococcus have been identified.
Five schools in the Efkarpia area of the Pavlos Melas municipality in Thessaloniki will remain closed on Friday for precautionary reasons, as a special team is proceeding with disinfection of the areas where cases of streptococcus have been identified.
Specifically, by decision of the mayor, the 3rd kindergarten of Efkarpia, the 1st, 2nd and 4th primary schools as well as the 2nd high school of Efkarpia will not operate.
Meanwhile, a team from the National Public Health Organization (EODY) conducted diagnostic tests on children, parents and teaching staff of the 3rd Kindergarten and other school units.
