Drone passes by an aeroplane on a flight from Athens to London

A drone flew past a British Airways aircraft making the Athens - London flight.

According to the Daily Mail, the British company's aircraft reportedly narrowly passed a drone flying illegally at an altitude of 9,600 feet.

The incident took place on the afternoon of 3 January on an Airbus A321 aircraft with 180 passengers on board, just 1.5 metres from the wing and 9 metres from the cockpit window.
