Turkish investor A&S targets hotels on Mykonos and Rhodes
Expanding its tourism investments across Europe, Turkiye’s A&S Investment Holding has now turned its attention to Greece.
The company announced it has begun negotiations for the acquisition of two major hotels located on the islands of Mykonos and Rhodes.
At the beginning of 2026, A&S Investment Holding became a partner by acquiring a 50% stake in B.Home Swiss Holding AG, one of Europe’s leading hotel investment companies.
As part of this partnership, the company aims to develop new hotel investments with a total capacity of approximately 30,000 beds across Europe.
The company is preparing to make its first major international acquisition in Greece. Ugur Akkus, chairman of the board of A&S Investment Holding, said that the strong interest shown by Turkish tourists in the Greek islands in recent years has encouraged the company to invest in this market.
