DYPA: €1,000 allowance to 30,000 unemployed with a new program
Who and how will receive the voucher
Applications for 30,000 unemployed people who want to participate in DYPA (ex-OAED) training programs with an allowance of 1,000 euros are now open.
In particular, the payment of the educational allowance to the beneficiaries is made as follows:
After the successful completion of the training and the beneficiary's participation in certification exams (regardless of the result), the beneficiary is entitled to an amount corresponding to 70% of the total entitled amount for the total training hours of the program, minus absences. If he succeeds in the certification exams, he is entitled to 100% of the total entitled amount for all the training hours of the program, minus absences.
The sub-project will be implemented through the process of providing Training Vouchers to the beneficiaries, who will be selected through a public invitation by DYPA. The number of unemployed people to be trained amounts to up to 150,000 people.
These are upskilling and retraining programs in high-demand industries with a focus on digital and green skills.
