Zülfü Livaneli to join ‘Book Clubs Meeting’ online

The 3rd National Book Clubs Meeting, set to take place on December 7-8, 2024, with the participation of 30 book clubs from across Greece, will feature Turkish author and musician Zülfü Livaneli as a guest speaker. Livaneli will participate in the event online, as confirmed by his press office and Pataki Publishing.
The event, hosted in Komotini, will revolve around the theme “History in Literature: Space and Time” and highlight both Turkish and Greek literature. Alongside Livaneli, Greek author Thomas Korovinis will also be a guest.
Livaneli’s session is scheduled for Saturday, December 7, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and will be held online. On Sunday, December 8, Korovinis will engage with literature enthusiasts in person from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Papanikolau Foundation Amphitheater.
This event presents a unique opportunity for readers to connect with prominent literary figures and explore how history intertwines with literature in diverse cultural contexts.
