President of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), Abdullah Eren, reacted to Greece violating the rights of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority.
President of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), Abdullah Eren, reacted to Greece, which has violated once again the rights of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority via his Twitter account.
YTB President Eren, reacting to the Turkish Minority being denied the right to elect their muftis and the closing of 4 minority schools, stated that Greece continues its tenders for Western Thrace Turks.
"Greece continues its rights violations against Western Thrace Turks! 4 minority primary schools were closed. The proposed law, which aims to create a so-called "modern mufti institution", also does not recognize the minority's right to elect their own religious leader. "Unfortunately, violations of rights continue in Western Thrace," he shared on his Twitter account.
