“Western Thrace Villages Encyclopedia” presented to Mufti Mustafa Trampa
The “Western Thrace Villages Encyclopedia,” published by the Western Thrace Minority Culture and Education Company (BAKEŞ), has been officially presented to Mustafa Trampa, President of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Consultative Committee and Mufti of Xanthi (İskeçe).
BAKEŞ President Dr. Hüseyin Bostancı, General Director Dr. Pervin Hayrullah, and Personnel Director Özcan Mehmet paid a visit to Mufti Trampa at his office, where they presented the work authored by journalist and researcher İbrahim Baltalı and published by BAKEŞ.
Following the visit, Mufti Mustafa Trampa expressed his satisfaction in a post shared on his social media account, stating:
“Today, BAKEŞ President Dr. Hüseyin Bostancı, General Director Dr. Pervin Hayrullah, and Personnel Director Özcan Mehmet presented the Western Thrace Villages Encyclopedia, written by researcher-journalist İbrahim Baltalı and published by BAKEŞ. We are grateful to them and wish them continued success.”
The author of the encyclopedia, journalist İbrahim Baltalı, also shared his thoughts on the occasion, expressing his happiness regarding both the publication and its presentation:
“I would like to thank BAKEŞ for bringing this valuable publication to our readers. It is also an honor for me that the work was personally presented to our esteemed Mufti by the institution.”
