Vandalism plagues benches in Omurluköy's Ümmet neighborhood

In the village of Omurluköy, part of the Kozlukebir Municipality, an unusual situation is troubling residents. Benches installed in Ümmet Neighborhood, intended for people to relax and socialize, are repeatedly being damaged. Despite their concrete bases and reinforced wooden structures, these benches continue to be mysteriously broken by unknown individuals.

Residents, who initially pooled their resources to install these benches, awoke once again to find another bench destroyed. The damage, affecting both the wooden seating and concrete legs, has become a recurring issue. Villagers are puzzled and frustrated, questioning who might be targeting these community spaces and why. They have expressed their disappointment, as these benches were meant to foster a gathering place for conversation and connection.
