Turkish Teachers Union organises book reading event

Western Thrace Turkish Teachers Union (BTTÖB) started a book reading activity with the participation of a group of teachers.
In the statement, it was announced that a collective book reading activity will be organised once a week in the library of BTTÖB and that the activity started with the novel "Madonna with Fur Coat" by writer Sebahattin Ali.
The social media account of BTTÖB shared the following statement: "The reading activity started with the novel 'Madonna with Fur Coat' by writer Sebahattin Ali. In the first meeting, President Aydın Ahmet also participated in the mutual dialogue on the book and talked about Sebahattin Ali's life story. Although the novel seems like a love story, it draws attention to the alienation of a lonely person from the society. We hope that our friends will enjoy the novel, which we will describe as a psychological narrative."
