Turkish Major General meets commander of Greece’s IV Army Corps in İskeçe

According to an announcement by the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS), the visit took place within the framework of Confidence-Building Measures (CBMs) between Greece and Türkiye.
From July 8 to 9, the Commander of Greece’s IV Army Corps “Thrace,” Lieutenant General Panagiotis Kavidopoulos, hosted Major General Muammer Alper, Commander of Türkiye’s 5th Army Corps (Çorlu – Tekirdağ/TR), at the IV Corps headquarters in Xanthi.
According to an announcement by the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS), the visit took place within the framework of Confidence-Building Measures (CBMs) between Greece and Türkiye.
