Traditional Hıdrellez festival to be held on 6 May in Ilıca
Xanthi Turkish Union announced that the Traditional Ilıca Hıdrellez Spring Festival will take place on Monday 6 May at Ilıca Hot Springs.
Xanthi Turkish Union made the following statement regarding the festival to be organised jointly with Mustafçova Municipality
"The Hıdrellez Spring Festival, which will be organised jointly by the Xanthi Turkish Union (ITB) and Mustafçova Municipality, will be held on Monday, 6 May 2024 at the Hot Springs (Baths) area of Ilıca village.
The Hıdrellez Spring Festival to be organised by Xanthi Turkish Union in cooperation with Mustafçova Municipality will start at 12:30 on Monday, 6 May.
The students of Xanthi Turkish Union Music Course will sing songs and folk songs at the Hıdrellez festival.
ITB folk dances teams will also perform. In addition, the Xanthi Turkish Union Music Group will give a concert at the event.
Traditional Hıdrellez Göllesi will be served to the participants of the event in Ilıca village.
