The "10th Democritus Half Marathon of Xanthi Cosmote eValue" is coming

The race, which has established itself as one of the best in Greece, is included in the official SEGAS calendar and is now an institution and a great celebration for the runners and the city.

The "Demokritios Half Marathon of Xanthi" follows international standards, offering impeccable organization and a high-level racing experience.

Its route is certified by the IAAF – AIMS, which guarantees its accuracy and quality. It is a fast, asphalt course of 21,097.5 meters, with a low degree of difficulty and a neutral gradient which is ideal for improving individual performance.

The runners will move in and around the city of Xanthi, starting and ending in the central square of the city.

This year's event will take place on November 24 , a Sunday.

At the same time, there will be competitions for all ages and abilities. Specifically:

Sunlight Group 5km city race

1 kilometer student race

1 kilometer disabled race

"Mom - Stroller" race of 1 kilometer

The major sponsor of the Half Marathon is COSMOTEeValue, while the official sponsor of the

5 km city race is Sunlight Group. The 1km student run is kindly sponsored by Syndea.
