Western Thrace Minority Graduates Association (BTAYTD) donated financial aid and mask to the Xanthi Medical Association to contribute to fight the Covid-19 outbreak.
The statement made by BTAYTD on the subject is as follows:
“Because of the new type of coronavirus (Covid 19) outbreak, the whole world is going through difficult times. Due to the epidemic, especially in Xanthi (İskeçe), it is one of the regions that go through the most difficult process in our country. As BTAYTD, we have provided 1,500 Euros in financial assistance to the Xanthi Medical Association in order to contribute to and help fight the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the provided face masks were donated to Xanthi Medical Association.
We would like to thank healthcare professionals, non-governmental organizations and institution managers involved in this struggle, especially those who struggle with pandemic. ”
