Western Thrace Student Union (BATÖB) organized a meaningful trip over the weekend. Western Thrace students visited the Selcuk capital and visited Mevlana.
Students from Ankara BATÖB and Eskişehir BATÖB participated in the trip organized by Ankara BATÖB.
Regarding the daily trip, the following details were conveyed from the Ankara BATÖB social media account:
“As Ankara BATÖB and Eskişehir BATÖB, we made a trip to Konya together. First, after we had our breakfast together in Sille, we visited the historical places of the region.
Afterwards, we had the opportunity to observe a wide variety of butterflies in their natural habitat in the Butterfly Valley.
In the evening, we visited the Konya bazaar. We tried the local dishes of Konya.
We hope that our trip will lead to many activities that we will do together, and we thank our friends from Ankara and Eskişehir for sharing this pleasant day with us.”
The Western Thrace Student Unions, formed by Western Thrace students studying in different cities of Turkey, are expected to carry out many activities in the coming period.
