Şapçı Conference Center undergoing renovation
The project targets repairing damage caused by long-term use, weather conditions, and the aging of the building. Alongside these repairs, the facility will be modernized to restore its full functionality as a safe, modern, and multipurpose venue for cultural, educational, and social events.
Commenting on the project, Maronia-Şapçı Mayor Apostolos Ioannou stated:
"The signing of the agreement for the renovation and maintenance of the Şapçı Conference Center marks the beginning of a new chapter for this significant venue. Through this project, we aim to ensure its long-term sustainability while providing our citizens with a modern and functional space that meets their needs and expectations.
