Rhodope MP Özgür Ferhat participates in the protest: "I congratulate you on this blessed cause"
Özgür Ferhat, SIRIZA MP for Rodopi province, participated in the protest of the students and parents at the Xanthi Minority Secondary School High School against the unfair practices of the administration and said "I congratulate you on this blessed cause. May our path be clear. God willing we will win."
Arriving in front of the Xanthi Minority Secondary School High School and meeting with parents, students and members of the Turkish Minority, MP Ferhat emphasised that the demand for the end of shift education is a very justified demand.
In his speech here, Rhodope MP Ferhat said: "In 2023, if a minority school cannot be repaired, expanded and improved, it means that there is a problem there. If we lose this generation, this will continue. As you know, many minority schools have closed down in recent years. We want to regain them. Not only the politicians, but also the state should take a hand in this endeavour. I congratulate you on this blessed cause and may our path be clear. God willing, we will win."
