"Removing barriers in Komotini" project launched
This project, carried out in cooperation with the Turkish Islamic Cultural Foundation (TIKV) and the Bridge of Hope Foundation (UKV), aims to facilitate the lives of disabled people living in and around Komotini, Greece.
Within the scope of the project initiated in cooperation with TIKV and UKV, the needy were identified in line with the studies carried out within the borders of Kozlukebir Municipality by taking the opinions of the Association of Western Thrace Turkish Unity and Solidarity in The Hague, Netherlands.
Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to purchase 80 battery cars and 50 wheelchairs.
Sensitive, helpful citizens who want to participate in the project can donate through the bank. There are two options for donation.
Donation Options:
1- Support for Battery Powered Vehicle (400 Euros): You can support 400 Euros for battery-powered vehicles that will help disabled people to move more independently.
2- Support for Manual Vehicle (150 Euro): You can support 150 Euros to reach more people with manual vehicles.
