Oil wrestling champions to compete in İskeçe, Kırköy
For the first time, oil wrestling competitions will be held in İskeçe Kırköy. The application deadline is July 31.
The İskeçe Ova Culture Solidarity and Brotherhood Association has announced that it will organize an oil wrestling competition.
The association's social media announcement reads as follows:
"Under the leadership of the Ova Culture Solidarity and Brotherhood Association, together with the Kırköy football team management and youth, we are organizing the first oil wrestling competition on Sunday, August 18, at the Kırköy football field.
Young wrestlers from our villages within the Inhanlı (Topiros) Municipality who wish to participate in the wrestling competitions must register by July 31 at the latest.
