Music event to take place at Sword Monument in Gümülcine

The Municipality of Gümülcine will host a public music event at the Sword Monument on Friday, July 10, as part of its cultural and tourism initiatives.
The event, organized by the Deputy Mayor for Tourism, will begin at 8:30 p.m. in the Sword Monument square, where the Selanik-based string quartet Fortissimo will perform a special repertoire featuring a blend of well-known musical pieces.
Before the concert, honorary plaques will be presented to the "Perpato" and "Irodikos" associations in recognition of their contributions to making Gümülcine a more accessible city for everyone.
The event is free of charge and open to the public.
Fortissimo is an all-female electric string quartet known for combining classical music with pop, rock, and electronic influences. Based in Thessaloniki, the ensemble has performed extensively across Greece and internationally.
