MP Ferhat visits hail damaged villages
Rodopi MP Özgür Ferhat visited the villages in Yassıköy and Yaka regions to see the damages caused by heavy hail and rainfall.
Stating that thousands of acres of cotton, corn and cherries were damaged and the producers suffered a heavy blow at the beginning of the production season, Ferhat announced that he personally visited the region and evaluated the situation and announced that the works will be started as soon as possible to eliminate the grievances.
As it is known, MP Ferhat, who had a meeting with ELGA General Manager Likourentzos in Athens last week, stated that he would request a new meeting again and convey the extent of the damage again.
Deputy Özgür Ferhat stated that he is always on the side of his people and that he will transfer the problems and requests of the people to the necessary authorities and defend their rights to the end.
