Mayor of Mustafçova Rıdvan Delihüseyin introduces the list candidates

Mayor of Mustafçova Municipality Rıdvan Delihüseyin and the President of the Social Unity and Development Movement List held a meeting to introduce the list candidates.

During the event held on Wednesday, 14 September, Rıdvan Delihüseyin emphasised that the scenarios played on Mustafçova Municipality will never end, but they stand upright against these scenarios.

In his speech at the candidate introduction meeting, Mayor of Mustafçova Rıdvan Delihüseyin stated that it would be an extremely difficult election period. Delihüseyin said that some people were threatened with dismissal if they were not a candidate from a certain list and added: "We have brothers and sisters who are subjected to these threats. There are even worse than that. Therefore, we are not living a normal election at all. Everyone should be careful and vigilant."

Stating that they have brought Mustafçova Municipality to a position to be proud of when its name is mentioned, Rıdvan Delihüseyin said, "The scenarios played on Mustafçova Municipality will not end. We are subjected to war because we put a dent in these scenarios, this infrastructure and blackmail system they have created for years. But we stand upright on your behalf. We maintain our upright stance with the power you give us. Please give us this support in an even greater way. I would also like to say this by looking at it. The greatest honour for me in this life is that I became the Mayor of Mustafçova. I am grateful to you for this."

Mayor Delihüseyin stated that in the next five years they will focus on activities especially for young people and children and said, "In order to keep our young people away from harmful habits, we will focus on sportive and cultural activities for them. We want to bring a swimming pool to the region. We intend to turn a land formerly used by the barracks in Gökçepınar into a sports complex. We have prepared the project for this. We also have a project in Para neighbourhood. As I said, we will give special emphasis to our youth and children in the coming period."

Afterwards, the candidates in the Social Unity and Development Movement List were introduced.
