Komotini: Free blood sugar testing on November 14 for World Diabetes Day

The Association of Diabetic Individuals of Rhodope, "Sweet World," will conduct free blood sugar testing in Komotini’s central square on November 14, in recognition of World Diabetes Day. This initiative, in partnership with MED TRUST S.A. (WELLION), will also include the distribution of informational pamphlets aimed at educating diabetes patients, their families, and caregivers.

The purpose of this event is twofold: to improve diabetes management and prevention of complications by providing patients with essential support and resources, and to raise awareness among the local community about diabetes.

The event will take place in Komotini’s main square on Thursday, November 14, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
