Kinsmen of Western Thrace meet at brotherhood iftar
Hundreds of kinsmen attended the fast-breaking dinner organized together by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and Kozlukebir (Ariana) Municipality in Domruköy (Dokos) indoor sports hall.

The fast-breaking dinner that was supposed to be held in Satıköy, finally was held in the Domruköy indoor sports center due to bad weather conditions.
The rain that fell all day prevented the preparation of iftar dinner in the open area in Satiköy. After the program change due to the continuous rain, the fast-breaking dinner was held in the Domruköy indoor gym.
Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş and Kozlukebir Mayor Rıdvan Ahmet welcomed those who attended the fast-breaking dinner served by Satıköy youth.
Turkey's Consul General to Gümülcine (Komotini) Murat Ömeroğlu, Chairman of the Western Thrace Turkish Minority Advisory Board and Mufti of Gümülcine İbrahim Şerif, FEP Party Honorary President Işık Sadık Ahmet, Chairman Çiğdem Asafofoğlu, Former President Mustafa Aliçavuş, minority deputies Burhan Baran and İlhan Ahmet attended the iftar.
State Vice President Tarkan Multaza, East Macedonia-Thrace Region Consultant Cihan İmamoğlu, Thrace Tobacco Cooperative President Sinan Ahmet, Mayor of Yassıköy (Iasmos) Önder Mümin, Komotini Turkish Youth Union President Sedat Hasan, Western Thrace Imam Hatip High School Graduates and Members Association President Mehmet Emin Ahmet, Kozlukebir Municipality Union Chairman of the List, Erdem Hüseyin, members of the ruling and opposition councils, village headmen, President of the Western Thrace Turks Solidarity Association, Bursa Branch President Ali Emin Latif, other guests from Turkey and hundreds of cognates from different villages attended the iftar dinner.
Protocol talks were held after the meal. The two mayors expressed their desire to organize the same iftar in western Thrace next year.
