Kinsman dies in burning house in the Rhodope region
The fire tragedy, which caused the death of a cognate, took place in Küçük Sirkeli village of Kozlukebir Municipality.
A fire broke out in a house in Küçük Sirkeli in the evening hours today. The fire of unknown origin spread all over the house in a short time.
While the residents of the village made the first intervention to prevent the fire from growing, Komotini Fire Department sent two vehicles and firefighters to the scene.
Firefighters who came to the village started to intervene in the fire immediately. After long efforts, the fire was brought under control but the house turned to ashes.
The tragic aspect of the sad incident was that a 70-year-old woman who lived alone in the burning house unfortunately lost her life.
It was stated that the body of the woman, who was taken out of the house by firefighters, was taken to the hospital for autopsy by the ambulance by the health team arriving at the scene.
The cognate who lost his life will be sent off to his last journey in the village cemetery after the funeral prayer to be performed following the afternoon prayer tomorrow.
