Hundreds of kinsmen came together in a magnificent iftar program held in Zeynelli village in Xanthi's plain region
Hundreds of kinsmen from many parts of İskeçe (Xanthi) attended the iftar in the village of Zeynelli. Those who attended the iftar table set in the garden of the village mosque were greeted by the board of trustees and the residents of the host village.
The fast-breaking dinner, which was held on Saturday, April 23, was organized by the İskeçe Ova Culture Solidarity and Brotherhood Association and the Zeynelli Board of Trustees.
Turkey's Consul General to Komotini Murat Ömeroğlu, İskeçe Mufti Ahmet Mete, İskeçe deputies Hüseyin Zeybek and Burhan Baran, Topiros Mayor Thomas Michoglou, and city council members, FEP Party Chairman Çiğdem Asafoğlu, FEP Party Honorary President Işık Sadık Ahmet, Çınar Association President Cengiz Ömer, Xanthi Turkish Union President Ozan Ahmetoğlu, Komotini Turkish Youth Union President Sedat Hasan, Western Thrace Turkish Teachers Union President Aydın Ahmet, Mustafçova Municipality Main Opposition List President Cemil Kabza, State Assembly Member İrfan Hacıgene, many guests and many cognates attended.
