Greece receives 17th Rafale fighter jet from France

It was reported that the Greek Air Force received 1 more Rafale F3R fighter jets from France.
According to Greek media reports, the 17th Rafale fighter jet was brought to Tanagra Air Base near Athens on 21 July.
Greece's Rafale fleet has reached 17 aircraft, including 13 single-seat EGs and 4 two-seat DGs.
Greece aims to procure 40 Rafale fighter jets by 2025.
Greece, which ordered 18 Rafale F3R fighter jets to France in 2020, later ordered 6 more Rafales.
The first Rafale was delivered to the Greek Air Force in July 2021.
During the delivery process, Greek pilots will continue their training in Greece and France.
