The Xanthi Turkish Union (İTB) has announced that its Annual General Assembly will be held on Sunday, April 20, 2025. However, should the required quorum not be met, the meeting will be rescheduled for Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the İTB headquarters.
According to the official statement from the Union, if a quorum is not reached on April 20, the election for the new board of directors and auditing committee will also take place during the rescheduled meeting. Additionally, members wishing to vote in the upcoming elections must have paid their 2025 membership dues.
