Galatasaray fans from Western Thrace celebrate the 24th championship
Galatasaray fans in Greece celebrated the 24th championship in Xanthi with an event held on Sunday, 23 June.
Galatasaray fans who came together in Plagia restaurant in the Balkan branch of Xanthi celebrated the championship of their team which won the 24th championship in the Turkish Super League.
Approximately 150 Galatasaray fans from Xanthi and Rhodope provinces, especially from the Balkan branch of Xanthi, came together at the event. The fans had dinner, had fun and celebrated the 24th championship of their favourite team.
In addition to Xanthi and Rhodope, the event was also attended by the members of the Galatasaray Community of Edirne Trakya University.
In the event where championship anthems were sung and fun was had to the fullest, it was also stated that the issues of how to go to Galatasaray's matches in 2025 in a more organised way were also discussed.
Galatasaray fans from Western Thrace also decided that if their team becomes champion in 2025, the championship celebrations will be held in Yassıköy.
