FEP Party President Asafoğlu issues a message for women's day
"As members of an understanding that adopts justice between the sexes as a motto, we believe that women and men will build the earth together in mutual justice and fairness and we strive for this." said FEP Party President Asofoğlu in his message on 8 March International Women's Day:
"8 March International Women's Day or International Working Women's Day has an extremely important place in today's world. We know that when we say woman, we are talking about an element that gives meaning to life. While the advancement of women is a condition of social justice, it is not only a women's issue. It is the only way to build a sustainable, just and developed society and is a prerequisite for political, social, economic and cultural development. It should be known that the activism of women means the activism of the whole humanity and every individual should make an effort for this. We come from a tradition that believes that women and men are two equal halves of a whole. As members of an understanding that takes justice between the sexes as a motto, we believe that women and men will build the earth together in mutual justice and fairness and we strive for this. With the hope and impatience that our women will be stronger and have a voice in every field, I sincerely celebrate the 8 March International Women's Day of all women of the world."
