Crossing of Lissos river closed to traffic for repair

It has been announced that the Kocaçay (Lissos) crossing between Sirkeli (Fillira) and Kozlukebir (Arriana), popularly known as Menenler river, will be closed for a while due to bridge and road works.

Tarkan Multaza, East Macedonian Thrace (DMT) Deputy Head of State in his statement said:

"Dear local people, the road will be closed for a short time as of Tuesday due to the ongoing bridge and road works in Menetler river."

In addition, vice president Multaza stated that citizens can only go to field works with tractors and similar vehicles and the passage can be used so that the people of the region do not suffer.

As it will be remembered, a meeting was held recently with the participation of DMT State President Christos Metios and a joint statement about the subject was made by DMT State Vice President Tarkan Multaza, DMT State Advisors Ahmet Ibram and Cihan Imamoglu.
