Consul General Aykut Ünal meets with young people at ITB

The guest of the Xanthi Turkish Union Youth Meetings was the Consul General of Türkiye in Komotini Aykut Ünal. Western Thrace 3 July 2024 32 Paylaş The last event of this term of the "Youth Meetings" organised by the Xanthi Turkish Union Youth Branch was held on Monday 1 July 2024.

Consul General Aykut Ünal, who attended the invitation of the young people at the event held at the Xanthi Turkish Union clubhouse, chatted with the members of the ITB Youth Section, shared his experiences and answered the questions of the young people. The event started with the opening speech of Önder Şabanoğlu, Youth Section Officer of Xanthi Turkish Union. In his speech, the President of Xanthi Turkish Union Ozan Ahmetoğlu stated that the Youth Section has gained a very dynamic structure and congratulated the young people for their work. Ahmetoğlu thanked Consul General Aykut Ünal on behalf of the youth for his participation in the programme. The moderator of the "Youth Gathering" held with the participation of Consul General of Turkey in Komotini Aykut Ünal was Mümin Kara, President of ITB Youth Branch.

At the end of the event, on behalf of ITU Youth Meetings, Consul General Ünal was presented with his favourite team Beşiktaş jersey with the inscription "ITU Youth Meetings". The Xanthi Turkish Union Youth Branch shared the following statements on its social media account regarding the event: "Today's guest of the Xanthi Turkish Union Youth Meetings was the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Komotini Mr. Aykut Ünal.
