Child killed after being trapped under collapsed wall

A child who was trapped under a collapsed wall in Xanthi died. The incident happened yesterday evening (26 May Friday). According to the information obtained, a 6-year-old child was trapped under the collapsed retaining wall in Serinmahalle area of Xanthi. It was stated that the child, who was seriously injured in the head, was taken to Xanthi State Hospital by his family. It was noted that the doctors determined that the child lost his life.

An investigation was initiated by the Xanthi Police Department regarding the collapse of the retaining wall and the injury of the child.
