Change in village head in Hemetli
A change in village leadership has occurred in the central village of Hemetli, part of Kozlukebir Municipality. Enver Alik Recep, who has served as the village head for the past 10 months, has officially passed on his responsibilities to Cemali Kara Mehmet, the second candidate from the Union list led by newly elected Mayor Erdem Hüseyin.
Mayor Hüseyin announced on social media that the village head position would rotate every 10 months, aligning with the promises made during the election campaign. He expressed his gratitude to Enver Alik Recep for his dedicated service during his term and congratulated Cemali Kara Mehmet as he takes on this new role.
The handover ceremony was attended by Aydın Başoğlu, the municipal technical advisor and construction engineer, representing the mayor's office. Mayor Hüseyin emphasized the significance of this change for the Hemetli region, wishing success to the new village head.
