BATÖB’s great presentation to high school students

Members of the Western Thrace Student Union (BATÖB) introduced many universities and cities to high school students who plan to study in Türkiye.

Members of the Western Thrace Student Union (BATÖB) introduced universities and cities in order to help high schools in Western Thrace and plan to study at Turkish universities in the future to make the right choice.

Western Thrace Student Union (BATÖB), Ankara BATÖB and Istanbul BATÖB members took the floor for the "BATÖB 6th University and City Promotion" program on Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Komotini Turkish Youth Union (GTGB) locale.

While BATÖB members present a magnificent introductory program, high school students show great interest in the program. 

GTGB New Generation Branch also supported the event where many universities in Türkiye were introduced and promoted for high schools.

In the event jointly organized by Ankara, Istanbul, Edirne and Eskişehir BATÖB, 18 universities from 8 cities of Türkiye were introduced. 

The moderator of the program was Furkan Nizam, a student of Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry, from Gümülcine and also the Deputy Head of Ankara BATÖB Financial and Administrative Unit. 

The program started with the greeting speech made by the New Generation Branch, and then the universities were introduced.

The students, who showed great interest in the program, followed the presentations with interest until the closing despite the intense program content.

While the Western Thrace Student Unions thanked their friends who participated in the program in their social media posts, they also thanked the Komotini Turkish Youth Union for hosting the program and GTGB New Generation Branch for supporting the organization.

Organizers of the event stated that BATÖB would stand by them regardless of their preferences and invited all high school students to the “University and City Promotion” program to be held on Friday, February 10 at the Xanthi Turkish Union.
