Ali Osman Rasim Meric passes away
Ali Osman Rasim Meriç, the father of Sebahattin Meriç, President of the Western Thrace Turks Culture, Education and Health Foundation in Türkiye, and Selahattin Meriç, the former President of the Western Thrace Turks Solidarity Association Gaziosmanpaşa Branch, passed away in Istanbul.
Meriç will be buried in Kösemescit village of Dedeğaç, his hometown. Ali Osman Rasim Meriç's funeral will be brought to Alexandroupoli Kösemescit village today (Friday, 24 February) after the funeral prayer that will be held in Istanbul Gaziosmanpasa Central Mosque following the afternoon prayer. Meriç will be buried in his village after the noon prayer tomorrow (February 25 Saturday).
