Ahmet Mete to be commemorated in his village

The late Mufti of Xanthi Ahmet Mete will be commemorated in Yassiören, the village where he was born and raised, on the second anniversary of his death.
A mevlit will be held for Mete on Saturday, 13 July at the mosque of Yassiören village in Mustafçova Municipality.
The commemoration programme will be organised by the Yassiören Association, the people of the village and Mete's family.
