As part of mosquito control efforts, ultra-low volume (ULV) aerial spraying will take place in the municipalities of Avdira and Topeiros—including South Bulustra, Kalfalar, B. Osmanlı, and Taraşmanlı—outside residential areas on Friday, August 22, 2025, from sunset for approximately two hours.
The spraying will proceed only if weather conditions allow safe flights and ensure effectiveness. If the operation cannot be completed, it will be rescheduled in the following days.
Authorities urge residents to stay informed through all available channels, avoid the spraying areas, and relocate any beehives as a precautionary measure.
