Greek Ambassador to Ankara Theodoros Bizakis was received by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex.
Greek Ambassador to Ankara Theodoros Bizakis was received by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex.
Ambassador Bizakis presented his letter of credence to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Before travelling to Ankara, Ambassador Bizakis was Minister Counsellor-Deputy Chief of Mission at the Greek Embassy in Washington, the US capital.
On Tuesday 12 March 2024, Ambassador Burak Özügergin, Director General for Bilateral Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye was also present at the presentation of the letter of credence.
Özügergin had served as Türkiye's Ambassador to Athens between 1 December 2018 and 16 January 2023.
