Students, teachers rally across Western Thrace over education funding, staff shortages and rising costs

Students, teachers and education workers staged demonstrations across Eastern Macedonia and Thrace on Wednesday, joining nationwide protests demanding increased public funding, safer school buildings, more teaching staff, higher salaries and better support for students facing rising living and study costs.
