Owners of inert vehicles can get plates back, pay proportional road tax

Approximately 150,000 vehicle owners who have declared their vehicles as being out of use can reclaim their license plates ahead of the Easter holidays and also pay road tax for a month instead of a full year, depending on when they’d like to have access to their car, according to a recent legal amendment.
