Greece ranks 5th in Europe for most expensive short-term rentals this summer

Greece now ranks as the fifth most expensive country in Europe for short-term rental rates, with average nightly prices hitting €250 for July–August 2025, according to data from AirDNA. Only Monaco, Iceland, the UK, and Spain have higher average prices.
