G.A.S. Gümülcine returns to Greece’s second division after 30 years in historic promotion

The basketball club GAS Gümülcine has achieved a historic promotion to Greece’s second-tier basketball league (Elite League), marking a long-awaited return after three decades.

With a decisive 76–57 victory over HAN Selanik in the third group finals series, Gümülcine secured a 4–1 overall series win and officially booked its place in the higher division.
