A large group of retired people protest in Athens
In the capital Athens, pensioners took action demanding an increase in their salaries.
Retirees, who came together due to the high cost of living and incompatibility, gathered in Syntagma Square, where the Parliament building is located, and walked towards the Prime Ministry building.
In the action, retirees expressed their demands such as increasing the minimum pension from 384 euros to 650 euros, recruiting additional personnel to state hospitals to strengthen the health system, and not being involved in any wars other than humanitarian aid as a country.
