The prosecutor of the Supreme Court (Areios Paghos) Georgia Adilini, sent on Friday to the Athens District Attorney's Office an order regarding the allegations of fraud during the recent European elections.

""Following the report dated June 13, 2024, by the Alternate Interior Minister Thodoris Livaniou, with reference no. 69/13-6-2024, in which she requests the investigation of the complaints of the President of the Elliniki Lysi Kyriakos Velopoulos and former MEP Georgios Kyrtsos regarding "fraud" during the recent elections, and in view of the fact that the need for a rapid and in-depth investigation of the above complaints is self-evident, we ask for your own actions and for the relevant information," Adilini said in her order.
