A joint legislative initiative of the Ministers of Justice Constantine Tsiaras and of State Giorgos Gerapetritis titled "Procedure for lifting the confidentiality of communications, cybersecurity and protection of citizens' personal data" was posted online for public consultation on Tuesday.
The aim of this initiative is to update the process of lifting the confidentiality of communications, and to optimise operations of the Greek National Intelligence Service (EYP), reads the ministry's site.
