More than 90,000 students, parents, teachers and professionals across Greece took part in internet safety awareness activities in 2025, according to the Hellenic Police.
More than 90,000 students, parents, teachers and professionals across Greece took part in internet safety awareness activities in 2025, according to the Hellenic Police.
The events were organized by specialized officers from the Cybercrime Prosecution Division and the Cybercrime Prosecution Subdivision of Northern Greece. In total, 498 informational events and lectures were held during the year, including 51 conducted remotely.
The programme aimed to raise public awareness about safe internet use, online threats and cybercrime, while also addressing how digital risks continue to evolve alongside new technologies.
