Greece invites reserve soldiers to the exercises
It has been observed that reserve soldiers and civilians have started to be called to the military exercises that Greece frequently organizes in Western Thrace and Aegean Islands.
The Greek Armed Forces continues its military exercises in the autumn before winter in different parts of the country. In addition to the national guards, young reservists consisting of civilians are also invited to some of these exercises and take part in the exercises.
CIVILIANS PARTICIPATED IN THE EXERCISES IN THESSALONIKI
One of these exercises was the "Invincible-22" exercise with the participation of 1,033 reserve soldiers at the "Askos-Profiti" shooting practice area of the 3rd Corps, headquartered in Thessaloniki. The 2nd Motor Rifle Division and the 34th Motor Brigade participated in the exercise.
RESERVE SOLDIERS HAVE BEEN TRAINED WITH FIRE WEAPONS
During the scenario of the exercise called "Invincible-22", which was held with the participation of 1,033 reserve soldiers at the "Askos-Profiti" shooting practice area close to Askos village in the Thessaloniki-Langada region, a series of operational plans were implemented and targets were fired with all weapon systems deployed in the Brigade. Their experience and knowledge were checked.
