The citizen's digital everyday life is constantly improving, with gov.gr being an important tool in their hands.
Gov.gr consistently ranks 2nd among 74 companies in terms of consumer experience

It is no coincidence that in the new measurement of Customer Experience (CX) levels in Greece, which was carried out by the company Braincandy for 7th consecutive year, gov.gr was the public service with the best performance, maintaining its primacy in relation to the rest of the public sector.

Despite the strong competition and Aegean's dynamic entry into the top 5 companies with the best CX, gov.gr maintained the 2nd best performance among 74 companies this year, demonstrating consistency in maintaining high service standards.

"The fact that gov.gr is ranked for the second time in 2nd place among 74 companies and organisations from 11 different sectors, in terms of consumer experience, is the best proof that the citizen-centric design of services adopted by the Ministry of Digital Governance in the previous four years, changes the everyday life of citizens, gaining their trust in the state and its institutions. We continue vigorously, following the milestone set by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis: By the end of the government's four-year term, all government procedures have been digitalised.

At a rate of about 1 to 1.5 new services per day, the state is evolving digitally. gov.gr is the No. 1 public service, according to the data of the official survey, but also the first Greek public service to enter the era of Artificial Intelligence, with the digital assistant mAigov having received more than 1.6 million questions.

We continue vigorously with the goal of a digital and effective Greece for everyone", said the Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, to Athens-Macedonian News Agency.
