Fysoun Souka opens first solo exhibition in years

Artist Fysoun Souka has opened her first solo exhibition in several years, featuring approximately 30 works that showcase both her artistic maturity and her evolving perspectives. The exhibition brings together creations from recent years, reflecting her personal growth as well as her experiences within the art world.

Souka noted that this is her first individual exhibition after a long interval, expressing her hope that it will be appreciated by friends and art lovers alike. She explained that the gap between exhibitions resulted from her desire to gather a substantial body of work, ensuring a complete and coherent presentation. Additionally, a significant portion of her time is devoted to teaching art to children—an activity she continues with dedication.

Her inspiration, she said, comes from everyday life: scenes encountered within the city as well as the natural environment beyond it.

The exhibition will remain open to visitors until December 6.
